Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and quality of every product we sell.

Orders may be cancelled at any time before the shipping label has been created. 
You can return any still sealed packages (unopened shipping packaging) 
Shipping costs will not be refunded for items that have had labels created or that are returned. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will resolve the issue promptly

Research Use Only

All products sold by VGPEP are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Returns of products that have been opened, used, or stored outside of documented research conditions cannot be accepted.
